Είναι γεγονός ότι το Παγωτό από τη Στέλλα είναι εξαιρετικά εύπεπτο και δεν προκαλεί φούσκωμα. Υπάρχουν πολλοί λόγοι για αυτό!
Χρησιμοποιούμε μόνο εξαιρετικές Α' ύλες όπως φρέσκο γάλα, αληθινή σοκολάτα και όχι απομίμηση, φρέσκα φρούτα και ξηρούς καρπούς Α’ ποιότητας. Ο,τι προστίθεται μέσα στο παγωτό π.χ. γλυκά κουταλιού και παντεσπάνι φτιάχνεται από εμάς επομένως δεν περιέχει συντηρητικά. Δεν χρησιμοποιούμε ρίπλες, έτοιμες βάσεις παγωτού αλλά ούτε πρόσθετες αρωματικές και χρωστικές ύλες! Το σημαντικότερο είναι ότι δεν γίνεται διόγκωση με αέρα και υπάρχει αναλογία όγκου βάρους. Αυτά και αλλά πολλά κάνουν το παγωτό μας εκτός από νόστιμο και εύπεπτο!
It’s a fact that Pagoto apo ti Stella (Gelato by Stella) is easy to digest and does not cause bloating. There are many reasons for this! We use only high quality ingredients such as fresh milk, real chocolate and not imitation, fresh fruits and nuts of premium quality. Any additional preparation e.g. sweetened fruits, sponge cakes, pralines are hand made in our lab, so they do not contain preservatives. We do not use ripples, ready-made gelato bases or additional flavorings & colorings! Most importantly, there is no air inflation and there is a volume to weight ratio. These and many more make our gelato delicious and easy to digest!
